Cancellation Policy

At Green Rudraksha Nursery, we strive to accommodate customer needs while ensuring smooth order processing. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window

Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled. Same-Day Delivery Orders Orders placed under the Same-Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.  Orders placed during special occasions (e.g., Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc.) or

promotional sales are non-cancelable. These offers are limited-time and customized, hence cancellation is not possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation Approval

Upon approval, any eligible refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Cancellation Cases

Orders already shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.

Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation.
