Refund Eligibility
Plant Products:
⦁ Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not offer refunds on plants. However, we ensure secure packaging and careful shipping to ensure they arrive in healthy condition.
⦁ If you notice any issues with the plant's condition upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately. We will provide expert plant care tips to help revive your plant and address any concerns.
Non-Plant Products:
⦁ Refunds are available for unused, unopened, and undamaged non-plant products that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
⦁ The return must be initiated on a self-return basis, with the customer responsible for shipping charges to return the product.
⦁ Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Refund Timeline

⦁ Refunds are not applicable for plants due to transit stress or minor appearance changes. Proper care, such as exposure to sunlight and adequate watering, can help the plant recover.
⦁ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
