For Plant Products:
We ensure careful packaging and shipping so that plants arrive in excellent condition. Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns on plant products. For Non-Plant Products:
We accept returns on non-plant products on a self-return basis under the following conditions:
⦁ The product must be unused or unopened.
⦁ The return request must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
⦁ The cost of shipping the product back will be borne by the customer.
Steps for Returning Non-Plant Products:
